The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has announced that Instagram Big Boy, Raymond Igbalode aka Hushpuppi recently arrested for fraud by Interpol is “Nigeria’s most-wanted hacker.”
The Spokesperson for the EFCC, Dele Oyewale made the disclosure in a statement released on Thursday, June 18, 2020. He said, the commission is tracing all persons who have been scammed by Hushpuppi. He also noted that the EFCC is closely working with the FBI to apprehend all accomplices who have worked and are still working with him to carryout fraudulent activities.
The Commission which had earlier stressed that they had no hand in his arrest, confirmed that he is needed to answer numerous questions.
Hushpuppi known for flaunting his lavish lifestyle on Instagram, was arrested by Dubai Police on June 10. He is set to be prosecuted for multiple frauds in Dubai, UAE.
