Rivers state recorded 25 new cases of covid-19 yesterday. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 14,350 with 13,501 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Wednesday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 1355 new cases Lagos recorded the highest number with -1,036, Nasarawa-92, Delta-58, FCT-57, Edo-44, Rivers-25, Kano-23, Enugu-11, Plateau-6 and Bayelsa-3.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 240,374 with 213,491 discharged and 3028 deaths.
The NCDC, says four more deaths were recorded in the last two days.
