Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide (a.k.a Winners’ Chapel), David Oyedepo has reacted to the ongoing COVID-19, vaccination programme in the country.
The cleric, during a sermon at Canaanland in Ogun state, said forcing people to take the vaccine is immoral and illegal.
“I have never seen “a generation where people are forced to take vaccines. It is inhuman; it is immoral sir. I’m not a lawyer, but I do not think it is legal. You can’t come to my house and want to give me injections,” he said.
“No apologies. There is a big, big bird in our land, saying ‘don’t take it, they are deceivers’. Let me see someone who will come and inject me. By who?” he added.
He expressed disapproval for the vaccine, stating that he will never take it, as he is not a guinea pig.
