A State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, presided over by Justice F. Onyiri, has granted an ex-parte interim injunction in favour of the Vice-Chancellor of PAMO University of Medical Sciences, Professor Smith Jaja.
The order was granted following an application brought before the court, temporarily protecting the Vice-Chancellor from arrest pending further proceedings in the matter.
