The Rivers State House of Assembly has derecognized Sir. Celestine Omehia as a former governor of the state.
By the resolution, Omehia seizes to be addressed as His Excellency.
Sources say the Assembly also ordered him to refund the sum of 600M Monetary entitlement and 96.5m in pension within 7 days.
