A State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has dismissed a suit seeking to compel Gov. Sim Fubara from re-presenting the state budget to the 27 lawmakers of the State House of Assembly led by Martins Amaewhule.
Justice Sika Aprioku, in his ruling Today said that Fubara cannot re-present the 2014 budget of N800biillion.
