The All Progressives Congress Rivers State Chapter has announced the release of the report of the State House of Assembly Screening Committee for aspirants seeking to contest the party’s primaries.
Publicity Secretary of the party, Chibuike Ikenga in a statement on Sunday, urged all aspirants who purchased the House of Assembly Expression of Interest and Nomination forms and participated in the screening exercise to check their screening status at the party secretariat.
According to him, aspirants are expected to cross-check their status on the notice board at the APC State Secretariat located at 268B Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
The party also announced that appeals arising from the outcome of the screening exercise would be handled through the party secretariat.
The appeal process is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the APC State Secretariat, 268B Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
