Bassey Etuk, the JSS 3 student who was hit by a commercial driver while his steering was been dragged by members of a disbanded taskforce in Rivers State, has appealed to be promoted to the next class.
Etuk,who was on his way back from school before he was knocked down, spoke to journalists from his hospital bed in Port Harcourt. He said he has been going through pains since the incident.
Etuk said he regrets missing his exams due to the accident which has left him toothless.
