Former Governor of Imo State and All Progressives Congress, presidential hopeful, Rochas Okorocha says many aspirants bought the Presidential forms of the party to negotiate ministerial appointments.
Okorocha, who disclosed this during an interview on TVC yesterday, said many of such persons intend to negotiate from whoever clinches the party’s ticket.
He noted that some of the aspirants bought the forms when they knew that it was impossible to clinch the party’s ticket.
“you know that some people buy these forms so that they can negotiate for a ministerial appointment,” he said.
