19-year old man has been arrested by a local vigilante group, Rumuagholu Security Planning and Advisory Committee for allegedly raping his little cousin, in Rumuagholu, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State.
Commander of the vigilante group, Henry Amadi disclosed this in a chat with journalists yesterday.
He said the suspect would be handed over to the police for further Investigation and possible prosecution.
Meanwhile, the alleged rapist have denied the allegation, stating that he never raped his thirteen year-old cousin. He said the little girl normally visits, for them to play together.
