Human Rights Watch Organization, Amnesty International says over 115 persons were killed by security operatives in the South-East region between March and June.
The commission’s Country Director, Osai Ojigho, in a report alleged that the corpses were deposited at government hospitals in Imo and Abia states.
He also disclosed that more than 500 persons were arrested after police and military raids in the region.
The commission, accused security operatives in Nigeria of committing human rights violations and crimes under international law.
