A woman identified as Amaka Ifediba whose four year-old daughter was allegedly defiled by a 16 year old boy, has accused a female Inspector at the State Criminal Investigation Department of compromise.
The incident occurred in Port Harcourt few weeks ago.
She alleged that the female Inspector has failed to rearrest the suspect, since he was released from detention.
Mrs Ifediba noted that the family of the suspect have been boasting that noting can happen to their son, as they have bought over the case.
She called on the Commissioner of Police to prevail on the matter and ensure that Justice is served, stating that she does not want any monetary compensation.
Meanwhile stakeholders have condemned the act, while calling for proper investigation of the matter to ensure Justice is served
