Port Harcourt, Rivers State — A woman identified only as Miss Silver has regained her freedom after being abducted by a man she met online. The incident occurred on April 22 when she traveled to meet the suspect in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to sources, the man turned out to be a kidnapper who held Miss Silver hostage and demanded a large ransom from her family. She was released after the ransom was reportedly paid.
Miss Silver is currently receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital. Authorities have not yet confirmed if any arrests have been made.
