Leader of the Conscience of Ogoni People, Gani Topha has accused the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike of carting away $300 million meant for the Ogoni Clean up.
Gani Topha in a statement on Monday said Wike must return the money to the Ogoni people.
According to him, Wike shared the money with Sen. Barry Mpigi and other Ogoni elites who do not mean well for the people.
He said, Wike returning the money and the exoneration of Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight others are part of the conditions the government must meet before the exploartion of oil will begin in Ogoni land.
Topha, also took a swipe at Sen. Mpigi accusing him of being behind the crisis rocking the Tai Traditional council.
