Wife of late Alafuro Peterside – a father of three who was allegedly shot dead by a police officer at Elekahia in Port Harcourt says her husband was not hit by stray bullet but, was shot directly.

The woman in a statement Today, said she and her three kids aged 4, 8 and 11 are yet to recover from the shock of the death of her husband.

She called on relevant agencies to intervene and ensure justice is served.

Meanwhile the Police officer has been arrested according to Police spokesperson, Grace Koko.

She said that the matter is currently being investigated.
