Rivers United Football Club says its target is to win the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, next season.
Head Coach of the Port Harcourt based team, Stanley Eguma disclosed this in a statement at the weekend.
According to him, it was painful missing out on the title on goal difference last season.
“Our target is to win the Nigeria Professional Football League title next season.The players know what is at stake, and we are to go all out for it,” he said.
“It’s going to be a big battle and we are ready to fight and come out victorious,” he added.
