Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike has berated activist, Deji Adeyanju stating that he turned into an “emergency activist” after his bid to become National Publicly Secretary of the PDP failed.
Wike, during a media chat on Wednesday, alleged that Adeyanju came to him to seek assistance to become the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) National Publicity Secretary, but rejected him
According to him, after Deji failed to realize his dream, he turned into an “emergency activist” to criticize the government.
This follows Deji’s criticism of Wike over his planned demolition of shanties in the nation’s capital.
Deji, few days ago alongside activists and community leaders, including social media influencer Martin Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkman, led a protest at the Ruga settlement near the Abuja city gate.
