The Nigeria Police Force says it would continue to barricade local government councils in Rivers State to prevent a breakdown of law and order.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun disclosed this in a statement in Abuja Today.
According to him, they will continue to occupy the secretariats until a court of competent jurisdiction delivers judgment on the local government crisis in Rivers State.
