The Rivers State Police Command, says it is not responsible for the absence of detained Federal lawmaker, Hon. Farah Dagogo in court.
Spokesperson of the Command, DSP. Grace Koko made this known in a chat with journalists on Wednesday.
According to her, the Police refused to force Farah to court after his lawyer pleaded that his client was about undergoing a head scan, and was not fit enough to appear in court.
She also said Farah’s physician advised against taking the lawmaket to court.
Farah, was few days ago rushed to the hospital after he complained of chest and stomach complications.
