The Rivers State Police Command says it is not aware of any security levy imposed on some communities in Ahoada West local government Area of the state by suspected cultists.
Force Public Relations Officer, Grace Koko said this in a statement at the weekend.
She said no formal complaint has been made by any person or persons, and urged members of the affected communities visit the nearest police station to do so.
As you may know, a stakeholder of one of the communities had alleged that they have been asked by cultists to pay the sum of ten million naira as survival levy.
