Two police officers have allegedly been killed by suspected kidnappers at Okija street in Diobu, Port Harcourt of Rivers State.
The incident happened last night while the officers were on a stop and search operation at the Okija bridge junction.
Traders at the Okija spare parts market are yet to resume normal business activities due to fear of what might happen next.
The Rivers State Police was yet to react to the incident as at the time of filing this report.
