An unidentified young man has been rescued after being found lying unconscious along the Ebubu axis of the new Indorama–Agbonchia–Eteo link road in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State.
According to reports, passersby said the victim had been lying at the spot for about 48 hours before help arrived. He was later rescued through the combined efforts of the Eleme Local Government Authority and the Eleme Police Division.
The victim has since been resuscitated and is receiving medical attention at the Eleme General Hospital.
Authorities have appealed to members of the public who can identify the young man, or who may have information about his relatives or acquaintances, to contact the appropriate authorities.
