The Rivers State Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the election of Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon. Kingsley Chinda representing Obio/Akpor constituency.
The tribunal yesterday, dismissed the petition brought to it by candidate of the Social Democratic party (SDP) challenging Chinda’s victory.
Chinda contested on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party.
