Spokesperson of the Rivers State Civil Society Organization, Solomon Lenu has said that they will be in court tomorrow for Hon. Farah Dagogo’s case.
Lenu in a statement today, said Rivers state cannot be reduced to a theatre of ridicule where a serving Federal lawmaker will be reduced to a “political experimental lab rat.”
His statement reads,
This time we hope that the lesson that no single mortal can play God has been sufficiently learnt, and Hon Dr Farah Dagogo will be released and deservedly so.
This is our prayer, Rivers state cannot be reduced to a theatre of ridicule and mockery, where a serving Rep member will be reduced to a political experimental lab rat. No no no.
I want to also commend the calm disposition Dr Farah Dagogo has displayed so far by constantly advising his teeming supporters to toll the path of peace in the whole of his travail. I must say that he’s been phenomenal in this regard. Who could’ve thought Farah could lead in this direction? Indeed wisdom comes with age and time.
This is an invitation for all lovers of Justice to call on the court to stand contrite in tomorrow’s hearing. So help us God.
