The people of Ogoni have been blamed for the non completion of the East West road
Senate president Godswill Akpabio who represented President Bola Tinubu at the Niger Delta Stakeholders summit said the road would have been competed as funds were budgeted for it but some Ogoni persons led a delegation to ask that the road be moved form the Niger Delta ministry which he headed to the ministry of works
He said since the Niger Delta Ministry removed it’s hands from the road no meaningful job has been done.
He however assured that the government of president Bola Tinubu would complete the road within time while asking for support from the Ogonis
