Three suspects aged 15, 19 and 21 have been arrested for raping an SS2 student in Port Harcourt, few weeks ago.
The victim, who is currently pregnant as a result of the incident, in a statement said she was gang-raped by the boys, after she was lured to their house by her school mate.
She said, immediately she got to the house the class mate’s brother and two of his friends locked the door and forcefully pulled her clothes, as they all slept with her twice.
The girl, said she tried to scream but could not because they covered her mouth, and later allowed her to go home after having their way.
The girl, also said she could not tell her mother, who later took her to the hospital for pregnancy test, where it was confirmed that she was pregnant.
This was after she failed to demand for pad from her mum, who became suspicious and decided to take her to the hospital.
The victim, who had to drop out of school as a result of the incident, said she wants justice served in the matter. The suspects have admitted to the crime, according to a source.
