The family of the alleged cultist “school boy” rumuored to have died in police custody has threatened legal action against the Rivers State Police Command.
Brother of the deceased who spoke to Journalists today in Port Harcourt said his brother died in Police custody and not as a result of mob action as claimed by the CP Mukan. He also stated the Police and the Diobu vigilantee group will have to explain what happened to their son.
Mukan had claimed that school boy, was rescued from a mob in Diobu and died on the way to the hospital due to the injuries he sustained during the fracas.
