The Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, has called on Governor Nyesom Wike to with immediate effect call off the curfew imposed on the State.
Chairman of RIVCSO, Enefaa Georgewill in a statement today, said the curfew is gradually becoming a punishment to Rivers people.
He complained of man hours people spend on the road due to the rush to beat the curfew time.
“The Rivers State Government curfew is becoming a punishment for innocent Rivers people and should be called off now!,” he said.
