The Executive Chairman of Tai Local Government Area, Hon. Matthew Nenubari Dike, will distribute farm implements and agricultural support packages tomorrow as part of activities marking his first 100 days in office.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Tai Local Government Secretariat in Saakpenwa on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10 a.m.
According to a statement by Mr. Anderson Wariboko, Director of Agriculture for Tai LGA, the initiative seeks to support local farmers and promote food security.
Ahead of the event, Hon. Dike, accompanied by Mr. Wariboko and other council leaders, inspected the agricultural items set for distribution at the Council’s Secretariat.
The chairman urged all farmers and agricultural enthusiasts in Tai LGA to participate, emphasizing the importance of agriculture in driving sustainable development in the area.
