Suspected hoodlums have been arrested by security operatives while attempting to disrupt the governorship campaign rally of the All Progressives Congress in Eleme local government area of Rivers State.
Sources says the suspects were apprehended while destroying properties at the venue and beaten to a pulp before they were rescued by the Police.
They said this was after sporadic shootings in the area.
