The paramount ruler of Bomu community in Gokana Local Government Area, His Royal Majesty, Charles Tenalo has been arrested by military officers who allegedly invaded the community on Sunday.
Nyade Nasikpo, a former ruler of the community confirmed the development in a chat with journalists.
He said the officers also arrested a former councilor of the area and four other persons as they threatened to return to the community for more.
“…We never envisaged any invasion by security agents but just at about 2 am in the morning, we saw about five vehicles of security agents invading our community, breaking into houses and scattering documents,” he said.
