The family of 22-year-old Daniel Ikeaguchi, popularly known as Sleek, has called for the arrest and prosecution of the DPO of Elelenwo Police station.
Sleek, an aspiring musician was shot dead by a Police Officer attached to a supermarket at the Elelenwo axis of Port Harcourt.
Maureen Ikeaguchi, Sister to the deceased accused the DPO of unprofessional conduct, which led to the death of her brother.
She called on the Police Command to ensure the matter is not swept under the carpet. She also said the family wants justice as they have been left devastated since the incident.
Maureen equally alleged that the DPO deposited her brother’s corpse in the mortuary with wrong information.
