Six persons have been sentenced to death by hanging by a state High Court sitting in Port Harcourt. This is over the murder of Iminabo Iginikon and Lucky Moses at Ke community in Degema LGA, Rivers State, few years ago.
The six persons were accused of killing the two persons during a youth election at Ke community in 2004.
Justice Emmanuel Ogbuji, who have the ruling found the accused persons, Duke Erekosima, Okparanta Joshua, Adaye Dakoru, Ibiso Erekosima, Ngeriebokoa Benibo, Onari Ekine, guilty of murder.
