The family of a 26-year-old man identified as Chisom Amadi is calling for justice after their son was allegedly shot dead by a security personnel attached to SIAT Company in Emohua local government area of Rivers state.
Brother of the deceased in a statement said he was killed while coming back from their father’s farm.
He said after the incident, youths of the community took the corpse to the Company, but the company took the corpse back to where the incident occurred.
According to him, they have evidence that their son was killed by a security personnel attached to the Company.
Wife of the deceased; a nursing mother confirmed the development and called on the Police to intervene for justice to be served.
The Police was yet to react to the incident as at the time of filing this report.
