Publicity Secretary of the Rivers APC governorship campaign council, Sogbeye Eli has reacted to the criminal matter instituted by the state government against the immediate past Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Amaechi and Arch. Tonye Cole.
Eli in a statement Today, described the case as a mere destraction as nothing will come out of it.
He said it will end up like that of former chairman of the Civil Liberties Organizations in the state Livingstone Wechie.
According to him, Governor Nyesom Wike will be sued for defamation of character after May 29 which is his last day in office.
He explained that no amount of distraction can stop the party from winning the forthcoming elections as they are fully prepared.
He advised party faithfuls not to be perturbed by the recent developments as the party in the state is on the right path.
