Chairman of the Rivers State Civil Society Organizations (RIVCSO), Enefaa Georgewill has reacted to the closure of businesses at Rumuokoro for weeks, due to the commissioning of the newly built flyover.
There have been reports that businesses in the area had remained closed for weeks, in preparation for the commissioning of the flyover.
Enefaa Georgewill in a post on his social media handle today, said after the wait and closing of businesses, the United States President still did not come, as it is expired thieves that has come to Commission the project.
“After All D Wait,Sufferings & Closing D Business Of Rivers Residents At Rumuokoro, US President Didn’t Come. Still Expired Thieves,” he said.
The flyover is expected to be commissioned today, by the former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke.
