The Rivers State Police Command says information surrounding the incident that led to the death of one of its officers, Inspector Hosea Yakubu, allegedly beaten to death by three soldiers at Eleme Petrochemical gate, Port Harcourt, Harcourt are still sketchy.
Spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP Nnamdi Omoni who made this known in a chat with journalists said investigations are ongoing to unravel the incident.
Omoni, said “Yes, it is true,” when asked about the incident.
The police officer was allegedly beaten to death by three soldiers who were driving against traffic.
