The Rivers State House of Assembly Committee on Health, cordially invites members of the public and stakeholders from the health sector and related sectors to a public hearing on Mental Health Bill, 2022.
The Bill seek to establish the Rivers State Mental Health Service to provide for the protection and care of the mentally challenged persons and persons suffering from substance and abuse and for connected purposes.
The public hearing holds on Wednesday, September 27, 2022 at the Rivers State Complex, Moscow Road in Port Harcourt, by 10:00am.
