Governor of Rivers State, Barr, Nyesom Wike has said that his administration is preparing to construct the 12th and 13th flyover at Rumuokwuta and Ada George junctions in Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt respectively.
The governor, made this known when he went for on the spot assessment of the areas.
According to him, his administration will continue to work for the betterment of the state, until his last days in office.
His statement reads,
Today I was out for an on the spot assessment as we prepare to construct our 12th and 13th flyover at Rumuokwuta/Ikwerre road Junction and Location/Ada George Junction.
Presently we have 6 completed flyovers and 3 more nearing completion. Tomorrow, the Executive Governor of Bauchi State, H.E Bala Mohammed will flag-off construction for the 10th flyover at Tank Junction, this project has a 10 month completion schedule.
The 6th completed flyover will be commisioned on Tuesday while the 7th, 8th and 9th will be finished by the first week of April.
We will continue to work for the betterment of Rivers State till our last day in office as our resolve do deliver the dividends of democracy to our people is absolute.
