A yet-to-be identified food vendor was three days ago caught and beaten to a pulp while burying charms in her shop.
The incident, according to an eyewitness identified as Kaptain Jack on Facebook, occurred at Abel Jumbo street in Mile 2 Diobu, Port Harcourt.
He stated that the woman was caught in the act by residents of the area.
He advised people to be careful of what and where they eat, as so many food vendors have gone fetish for patronage.
“Woman wey sell food along Abel Jumbo/ojoto of mile 2 diobu PH… dem catch am they burry charm for midnight.. As she burry am finish she cement the place for midnight.. This morning person wey see am expose am. Mind weytin u dey chop,” he said.
He noted that the woman was handed over to the Police for investigation and possible prosecution.
