The Rivers State Government has sealed EUI Event Centre along Abacha Road, GRA Phase 3 for allegedly obstructing the free flow of traffic without government approval.
The state Commissioner for Information and Communication, Chris Finebone who made this known in a statement yesterday, said the directive takes effect from Wednesday, December 7 2022.
He said the government had in the past warned the management of EUI to desist from obstructing traffic along the road without approval from government.
He also said the management of the Event Centre had refused to properly manage the parking of their clients vehicles.
