A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, Tony Okocha says they will support Governor, Nyesom Wike’s candidate SIM Fubara in the forthcoming governorship election.
Okocha, made this known in a statement in Port Harcourt Today, while celebrating Tinubu’s victory with other members of the party. “We will support Wike”s candidate during March 11th governorship election,” he said.
Recall that Tinubu won the presidential election in Rivers State with Obi and Atiku finishing second and third respectively.
It is believed that Governor, Wike worked for the victory of Tinubu after he had made it clearly that he would not support the presidential candidate of his party, Atiku Abubakar.
