The National Association of Nigerian Students at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education in Rivers State, has threatened to embark on a peaceful protest over the increase in tuition fees, on Monday.
The Association, disclosed this in a statement yesterday.
The statement urged all students of the institution and stakeholders to join them, as they try to force the school management to reduce their fees.
This comes less than a week after the appointment of Prof Okechukwu Onochukwu as acting Vice Chancellor of the school by Governor Nyesom Wike.
The school management was yet to react to the development as at the time of filing this report.
