Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (Rtd.), the Sole Administrator of Rivers State, is reportedly scheduled to swear in the 23 elected Local Government Chairmen, Today.
The development comes shortly after the chairmen received their certificates of return earlier today from the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), officially confirming their electoral victories.
The swearing-in is expected to formalize their assumption of office.
