A physically challenged man identified as Chinedu Okoro has been caught with human head and hands in Omoku, Rivers State.
The 23-year-old, was apprehended by a local vigilante group, ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
That, was after his bag was inspected by the group, who were on patrol in the area.
Igbete TV, reports that the suspect has now been handed over to the police for further investigation.
One of the security personnel said they suspected the man when they saw him and decided to search the bag he had with him.
