Rivers State has been listed by a Consulting Agency known as Statisense as the 7th most indebted state in Nigeria with N290.2 Billion.
According to the report, Lagos is the most indebted state with ₦1.97 trillion, followed by Kaduna – ₦525.9 billion and Delta ₦511.3 billion.
Others are Ogun: ₦379.2 billion, Edo: ₦325.1 billion, Cross river: ₦322.0 billion, Imo: ₦280.8 billion, Bauchi: ₦278.7 billion and Akwa Ibom: ₦233.1 billion.
