The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has donated Medical Consumables to the Rivers State Government to help curb the spread of Coronavirus.
The Rivers State Commissioner of Health, Prof. Princewill Chike received the Consumables on behalf of the government on Friday, at Government house Port Harcourt.
Chike expressed the state government’s gratitude to the NCDMB and all those who have made worthy contributions. He said their donations would help the government fight the pandemic.
In his remark, Dr. Ginah O. Ginah the General Manager, Corporate Communication and Zonal Coordination of the NCDMB, commended the government over measures taken to ensure the state is free from COVID-19.
Ginah said, the consumables which includes beds, hand sanitizers and coveralls is to help fight the COVID-19 in the state.
