A lady identified as Maverick Thamani, has narrated how a young man married his girlfriend’s younger sister in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State.
She said the family pleaded with the man to marry their younger daughter as settlement, after the first daughter, he dated for years, refused to marry him and absconded with a white man to France.
This was after five years of supporting the family financially and even built an apartment for them.
She said the family were forced to plead with him to marry their younger daughter, to prevent him from carrying out his threat of demolishing the building.
“A guy in Eleme built a house for his girl’s family. Carried the whole family on his shoulder. Time for marriage, she said she wants to be a model. Left him and followed one white guy to Paris. Baba said he will demolish the house. Family pleaded and gave him her younger sis,” she posted.
