The Police in Rivers State, has rearrested two teenagers for allegedly defiling 2-year-old twins.
The boys, reportedly committed the crime in January and were later released on bail.
They were rearrested after a Human Rights Group intervened in the matter.
Mother of the twins in a chat with journalists, said she found out about the incident, after the kids were unable to sit.
She revealed that she had to check their buttocks and discovered that they were damaged, before taking them to the hospital.
According to her, the children mentioned the names of the suspects said to be aged 16 and 19.
