The Rivers State Police Command has arrested and paraded one Otamiri Chinedu from Etche local government area of Rivers state for allegedly abducting four female lawyers.
Otamiri who was paraded at the Force Headquarters in Port Harcourt, Today confessed to the crime.
He said ransome ranging from N250,00 to N300,000 were paid for his victims
